Mark Frederick, President
Mr. Frederick has more than 30 years’ experience as a building contractor and 12 years’ experience in the solar industry. Most recently, he was the founder, president and managing partner of Pacific Power Management LLC and in 2010 Mr. Frederick established CitiGreen, Inc. Mr. Frederick earned a BS in Physics from the University of California and earned an MBA from California State. Previously, Mr. Frederick was the founder of Quanta-Tron, Inc. which built GPS navigation equipment for light aircraft. After receiving his B-1 building contractor’s license in 1978, he began designing and constructing custom homes in Northern California. As a residential developer, he has built several Northern California neighborhoods. Mr. Frederick’s construction and financial background are the building blocks for building and financing solar power plants. With CitiGreen, Mark has identified an opportunity to bring solar power to commercial customers on a large scale. Through collaboration CitiGreen is moving into the forefront of renewable energy companies.
Robert Stone, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stone has more than 25 years’ experience in accounting and 8 years’ experience in the solar industry primarily in accounting, finance and project development pro-formas. Most recently, he was the CFO of CitiGreen, Inc. and Pacific Power Management; both California based solar integration companies. Previously, Mr. Stone was the founder and owner of International Design Consultants and Sierra Phoenix Software, where he designed, programmed and marketed construction based software solutions. His prior experience includes work with the Internal Revenue Service where he was awarded Employee of the Year in the Burlington, VT district for his work in designing, creating and implementing IRS audit software. He was also CFO of Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, New Hampshire and Aerospeed, Inc. in Sacramento, California. Mr. Stone earned BS and MBA from California State University and passed the CPA exam in 1985.
Kelly Christopher, V.P. Sales and Marketing
Ms. Christopher has more than 12 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development in the solar industry. She earned a Masters Degree from the University of Denver in Environmental Policy and Project Management and a B.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Most recently, Ms. Christopher worked in PV sales in Sonoma County selling residential and commercial solar. She was Co-Founder for PowerUp managing demand side management programs for PG&E, and conducting solar and energy efficiency outreach for the State of California. She owned and managed DayStar Solar, a solar installation company for 3 years, handling all aspects of the business. Prior to her work there, Ms. Christopher was Director of Business Development for DayStar Technologies, a thin-film solar cell manufacturing company.
Matt Giger, CitiGreen Asia Pacific

Matt has enjoyed the island life for past 27 years, living in Hawaii for 9 years and the island of Guam for the past 16 years. Matt is a high-level executive business development specialist with diversified success in multiple industries which includes years of executive management in Telecommunications, Media, Real Estate, Franchise Food & Beverage, Alliance Marketing & Advertising execution. Passionate executive with a clear business understanding of Asia-Pacific including Guam, The CNMI, FSM, Palau and the regions contributing players of the Philippines, Korea, Japan & China. Matt was a 2009-2010 Guam Executive of the Year nominee. Supports major charities on Guam plays an active role in the community, solar development for the Guam and the region. As power rates climbed rapidly over the last 10-years in the region, Matt realized that big power consumers regionally could immediately benefit from CitiGreen’s Solar model which creates and designs a solution for maximum power savings & income potential by providing turn-key solutions for both purchase or Power Purchase Agreements.
